Signing up and creating a Tourmie account is free. Go to app.tourmie.com and click “Create Account”. Select if you are an individual or a business and then, fill in all the required fields. After you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation to your email address. Click on it, confirm your email and then, login to Tourmie. Now you’re officially a member of Tourmie’s community!

To add a property, go to “Properties” on the left menu and click “Add new“. If you have multiple properties to add, you can easily import them from an XLS or XLSX file. Click “Import from file” and then browse for this file on your computer.

To edit a service, go again to “Properties”, click on the property title you want to edit, do the changes and then, click “Update”. If you want to delete this property, just click the left button “Delete”.

To invite a guest on Tourmie, go to “Guests” and click “Add guest”. Fill in all the required fields and click “Submit”. After adding a guest, click “send email”. Your guest will receive an email to join Tourmie and discover all your travel service recommendations.

If you want to edit or delete a guest, go to Guests > Accommodation Bookings and click the Booking ID of the guest. Then, click either “Edit” or “Delete”.

To invite your business partners, click “+” on the right side of the header and choose “New Partnership“. Enter their information and the percent of commission you want to receive for every service sale you make. When they accept your invitation, you can start promoting your new services to your guests.

Creating an account on Tourmie is totally free! When you start using the application there will be a standard fee for every service sale made on the app which is 8% of the service’s total amount and includes the Tourmie’s commission and the transaction cost. Furthermore, when you create a partnership with a host through Tourmie, a standard commission fee will be defined which will be received by your partner every time their visitors book one of your services. That means the total amount you set for each of your services should include the Tourmie’s fee as well as your partners’ commission fee.

Tourmie is and will always be free to use. The only cost you can be charged is the total amount of the service when you will make a reservation.

As travelers to a new destination, we spend a lot of time looking for reliable services for the needs of our trips. So what if you can enjoy all the services you need for your trip and only devote the minimum time required to organize them? Using Tourmie you can find personalized and reliable options for the needs of your trip, get useful information for each service and its provider, easily make online reservations, review your experience after your service and finally get the best travel experience you could ever have!

In this case, we will retain the transaction cost which is 3% of the reservation’s total amount. Afterwards, the refund you will receive depends on the provider’s cancellation policy.

There are 4 cancellation policies on Tourmie. They range from simple to strict and are the following:

1) Simple Cancellation Policy
A simple cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the service. If you cancel after this period, you will not be able to receive a refund.

2) Flexible Cancellation Policy
A flexible cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 1 week before the scheduled date of the service. If you cancel after this period, you will be able to receive a 75% refund of the total amount.

3) Moderate Cancellation Policy
A moderate cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled time of the service. If you cancel after this period, you will be able to receive a 50% refund of the total amount.

4) Strict Cancellation Policy
A strict cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours after booking. If you cancel after this period, you will not be able to receive a refund.

 

In any case, we will retain the transaction cost which is 3% of the reservation’s total amount.

Go to “My Bookings” on the right side of the header and find the booking you want to cancel. Afterwards, click “Cancel Booking” located at the bottom right.

Before you cancel, you will be able to see the total refund amount you will receive, as well as how this is calculated. If you are sure you want to cancel the booking, click the button “Cancel booking” and then, click “Yes, cancel it“.
