We reserve the right to use this location information to send you notifications and other content to your mobile device while you are moving around our locations, as well as with information and offers about products, services, or activities that we believe may be of interest to you, upon your explicit consent. This comment may appear on the information page/profile of the accommodation service provider (Hosts) and the service provider company providing accompanying services to the accommodation (Third-Parties) in the application, on social media or on other websites. It is at our discretion to adjust, reject, or delete comments that contain offensive, illegal, or immoral content. The comments are a form of response to a satisfaction survey and do not entail additional financial or commercial incentive.

Tourmie retains exclusive ownership of all rights to the application through which the service is provided, including visitor comments, which it may use for advertising, promotion, and may transmit to third parties. Therefore, you are not entitled to use them further in any way without our express and written consent.

We only process personal data that are absolutely necessary for the purposes of providing our services, collecting only the basic identification and communication details of you.

For accommodation providers (Hosts) and service providers (Third-Parties)

In addition to the information mentioned above, in order to register your accommodation and services in our application, so that you can access our services, we collect your contact information, such as name, surname, date of birth (if required), business address and email address, phone numbers, as well as your VAT number. Furthermore, we record what products and services you offer. Hosts register and then connect to the application, enter a description of their accommodations/rooms and photos of them, as well as information about their customers. We process this information to manage reservations and we transmit it to the accompanying services providers (third-parties) that you have selected for a reservation/order. Similarly, accompanying services providers (third-parties) register and then connect to the application, enter a description of the services they provide, which is processed by us and transmitted to accommodation providers so that they can be selected, so that a reservation/order can follow, which is displayed through our application.

The information you provide us with is displayed to users of our application and is processed by us only for the purposes of providing our services and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For the processing of payment details, collection thereof, as well as for the management of each transaction via credit/debit card, we use the Stripe platform.
