To secure sensitive information of your guest guide, go to Locked fields.
Then:
- Select the field you want to lock.
- Click on the “Edit” button.
- Set the unlock time. You can either set a time for all properties or per property.
- Click on the “Save & close” button.
After you lock a field, it will only be visible to your guests at the specific time you set before or after their arrival.
Note: The field locking works on guest guides that are connected to an accommodation booking.
