Full-Stack Developer
About the position
Tourmie is a guest experience platform for hotels and vacation rental managers. We combine online check-in, digital guides, automated messaging, and a local services marketplace into a single branded app — no downloads required.
Tourmie’s backed by Starttech Ventures, a venture builder with a track record of producing a couple of Greece’s most successful scaleups (the industry-leading Epignosis and Yodeck). We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our engineering team and work across the entire product — the guest-facing app, the host dashboard, integrations with property management systems, and the marketplace.
The role is on-site in our Heraklion or Athens offices with hybrid flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain features across the full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular
- Work closely with product and design to ship solutions that address real host and guest pain points
- Own features end-to-end: scoping, implementation, testing, deployment
- Improve performance, code quality, and developer experience
- Contribute to API integrations with PMS platforms and channel managers
- Write clear technical documentation
Who You Are
- 2+ years of full-stack web development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and relational databases
- Comfortable with Git, Linux basics, and deploying to production
- You care about clean, maintainable code but you’re pragmatic about shipping
- Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
- Fluent in Greek and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with RESTful API integrations
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), or CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in hospitality tech or marketplace products
