You can easily import your existing Airbnb listings directly into Tourmie, using an XLSX file. This saves you time and ensures consistent information for your guest guide.
Here’s how to import your listings:
1. Go to Properties:
• Go to Properties and click on the Import button.
2. Download XLSX Template:
• Click the link provided to download the XLSX file template.
• This template is pre-formatted to seamlessly import your Airbnb ID listings into Tourmie.
3. Fill in the Listing ID:
• Open the downloaded XLSX file in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Locate the column labeled “airbnb_listing_id”.
• Fill in this column with the corresponding Airbnb ID for each of your listings you want to import.
What is the Airbnb property ID?
The “Airbnb ID” is a unique identifier assigned to each listing on the Airbnb platform. It’s not typically visible on your public listing page, but you can find it within your Airbnb account.
Here’s how to locate it:
Go to your Airbnb account → Listings → Preview My Listing and look at the URL.
Your Airbnb listing ID is the number without brackets and letters, after “/rooms/”
For example:
Derived from the link (URL): https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/285638292
Your listing ID is: 285638292
Important:
• You’ll need a separate Airbnb ID for each listing you want to import into Tourmie.
• Make sure you copy the correct number and avoid including any additional characters from the URL.
4. Upload the File:
• Once you’ve completed the template with your Airbnb listing ID, save the file.
• Return to the Tourmie import section and click on the Browse button.
• Select the completed XLSX file from your computer and click the Import button.
