Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Depending on your service provider, one of the following cancellation policies apply:

  • Simple Cancellation Policy
    A simple cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the service. If you cancel after this period, you will not be able to receive a refund.
  • Flexible Cancellation Policy
    A flexible cancellation policy allows you
    to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 1 week before the scheduled date of the service. If you cancel after this period, you will be able to receive a 75% refund of the total amount.
  • Moderate Cancellation Policy
    A moderate cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled time of the service. If you cancel after this period, you will be able to receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Strict Cancellation Policy
    A strict cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours after booking. If you cancel after this period, you will not be able to receive a refund.

In any case, you will not be able to receive the transaction cost which is:

  • 1.5% + 1€ for EU cards
  • 2.5% + 1€ for UK cards
  • 3.25% + 1€ for other cards
