Tourmie gives you the option to choose between 4 cancellation policies for your services:
- Simple Cancellation Policy
A simple cancellation policy allows your customers to receive a full refund if they cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the service. If they cancel after this period, they will not be able to receive a refund.
- Flexible Cancellation Policy
A flexible cancellation policy allows your customers to receive a full refund if they cancel up to 1 week before the scheduled date of the service. If they cancel after this period, they will be able to receive a 75% refund of the total amount. - Moderate Cancellation Policy
A moderate cancellation policy allows your customers to receive a full refund if they cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled time of the service. If they cancel after this period, they will be able to receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
- Strict Cancellation Policy
A strict cancellation policy allows your customers to receive a full refund if they cancel up to 48 hours after booking. If they cancel after this period, you will not be able to receive a refund.
Note: In any case, we will retain the transaction cost which is 1.4% of the total amount for European cards or 2.9% for non-European cards + 0.25€.
