Customer Success Representative

About the position

Heraklion, Greece

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team and help our clients fulfill their goals! Our ideal candidate will provide our clients with ongoing support, build close long-lasting relationships with them and ensure that they are satisfied.


  • Onboard and train new users
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Build and maintain close long-lasting client relationships
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints 
  • Manage renewals, expansion and churn
  • Identify upsells and cross-sells and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Work closely with other departments to share customer feedback, report product malfunctions and assist in creating training and educational materials


  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Representative or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with digital services and eCommerce
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience handling customer complaints and solving customer issues
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer-first mindset and active listening
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language both written and verbal
  • Work experience in hospitality sector will be a plus
